Marylee Lucks: Very much so it's why he's a trainer. I'm a 19 year old boxer and I work out everyday, this regiment is perfect for weight loss. Firstly with all the cardio activity there will be many calories burned, and the only reason to eat so many times a day is to fell fulfilled, and keep your metabolism running. It is smart to eat smaller portions more spread out so you are not starving and consume an excess of calories all at once. This is a great routine and your cousin will get definite results, don't worry....Show more
Tomeka Hameen: Sounds like a great plan.Your lucky to have someone to make a plan for you who really knows what they are doing.Did he mention how much water you should be drinking? Because you should really drink about a gallon a day when exercising that much. Its a common mith that you need to eat less to lose weight. Don't worry about it, most people don't know it, mainly because of all those bogus 'starve yourself to death miracle diet pla! n' things....Show more
Sammie Bocanegra: That is a very very good plan indeed. A little hectic when sticking to it for a while im guessing, but its never the less a very healthy and safe plan to lose weight. Bare in mind that over time she will plateau so exercise will have to increase, but calorie intake should not decrease below 1200.
Ardelia Liptow: im a trainer and this is right. i know it seems strange but it really is the best way for your body.
Charissa Bichsel: Yes, it's true. What the fitness instructor is advising your cousin with a meal schedule that will benefit in boosting her metabolism. Also, the daily caloric intake isn't very much. The average adult consumes 2400 per day. The average Infantry Marine consumes 3200 per day (we do a lot of physically strenuous activities and need the extra calories).
Cliff Tyre: I am a CMAThe normal caloric intake per day is supposed to be1800 to 2000 based on the FDA.. To lose weight you need to cut o! ut 500 of those calories..Anything below that confuses your bo! dy and tricks it into thinking that you are starving it and you will actually gain weight because your body will store it because it doesn't know when your getting your next meal...Show more
Caleb Chapman: He also said try to keep the total calorie intake at 1200-1400 per day. When she told me I was going to follow it too but eating at 5 times a day seems ridiculous to me. Is this plan correct?
Vern Serratos: This is a healthy plan. The calorie range is good and spreading the food over the course of the day means that you don't get too hungry. Your body is properly fueled for activity and you don't get so hungry that you're tempted to binge.
Eleni Mccier: okay. thats NOT alot. trust me. It depends on the person really, but this doesnt even seem like ENOUGH! dinner? absolutly no carbs?? what the hell? carbs wont kill you, and not wating them, wont help you loose weight. you dont need to "not exceed 50 cal" for a snack. if youre burning a lot, you need cals ! for your energy. diets dont work. exsersize, dont deprive yourself, drink water, and eat pretty much healthy(treat yourself sometimes) and itll work.
