Donnie Bolio: My opinion is that the kitchen is the heart of any home, and a beautiful kitchen can make a world of difference.A $160K studio is a pretty nice one (depending on where you live, of course), and 4 grand worth of upgrades could easily increase the resale value. Laminate degrades and wears down and can get pretty gross; granite is beautiful and very tasteful. I'm also a fan of steel appliances, but if ! the ones you have now are decent, it's not as critical....Show more
Ty Kirton: I think selling a studio will be tough so I would give it all the perks you can afford. Do the kitchen.
