Cierra Gadbaw: If its a new/newer car get it zebarted - rustproofed. Or if you dont want to put that kind of money in it just keep it clean. Dont let mud build up underneath it. If you live in a area with snow wash all that road salt off as you can.Cars dont seem to rust out as bad as they once did. I remember some crap that was rusting as it rolled off the assembly line back in the late 70s early 80s.
