Keneth Mailhot: No. The wrecked loaner vehicle has absolutely nothing to do with your satisfaction with the new Hyundai. You wrecked their loaner car, so you need to pay them the $500. Then, work with them or even go to another Hyundai dealer to resolve your other problems.
Shawnna Kusky: What makes the difference on how much they paid to get the car repaired. Just a simple scratch repair will cost at least $500 to repair correctly.. so pay the $500 you owe... or get some cheese to go with your wine.
