Ervin Laeger: I'm with Brendan on this one.I was vegetarian first, then vegan.Being vegan feels very natural to me,I won't ever turn my back on all that I've learned and my reasons for becoming vegan to begin with.
Judie Kise: when i am really stressed and feel grossed out by everything i`m veganwhen i`m busy and no time to find healthy alternatives i am a vegetarian.
Omar Phipps: Most vegans were vegetarian first. It usually would not be vegan first then vegetarian. If people are vegetarian for ethical reasons, many come to realize that the dairy industry is actually just as cruel as the meat industry if not more so.I like being vegan much better than being vegetarian, I feel healthier and I like the fact that I'm not supporting the dairy industry.
Evelin Turlich: sometimes when i'm abroad i have to be lacto-ovo since there simply aren't enough options in restaurants, but as long as i'm in america or cooking for myself, i will always be vegan.
Cole! man Ocegueda: I'm vegan for the most part, this year though I lapsed into vegetarianism, the amounts of animal products I use is minimal - maybe once a week, so I guess it is just a type of response to the depression I've been feeling this year.
Gregg Hagge: Yea. & I like being a vegetarian better because I have more options of food to eat; and did you know that if a cow isnt milked, it could get very ill, so I dont see a point of being vegan...vegetarian is FINE! (: I'm a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian which means I DO NOT EAT: Meat, Fish, or Poultry, but I have milk, and other dairy products but also plant based foods.
