Vegans...............?

Jude Kennelly: Only veggies, fruits, grains, nuts, legumes, fungi. Nothing that animals make and no animal flesh.

Erin Arron: I don't get why this queston is asked basically on a daily basis. It's not that hard to google. Vegans dont eat anything that came from an animal. This includes actual meat and byproducts. Lard, Gelatin, Rennet, Cheese, Eggs, Casein, Lactose, Lanolin, Honey, Collagen, Carmine. Vegans don't wear or use anything that came from an animal either. Wool, leather, suede, silk, fur....Show more

Lahoma Beadell: That whole TRUE Vegan stuff bugs me. I don't eat any animal products at all, but apparently I'm not a TRUE vegan because I'm not all in for animal rights and I don't preach the superiority of vegans over lesser humans.

Rashad Marecki: No animal products/ ingredients. (No gelatin, animal broth, animal enzymes, milk/ whey, or eggs. Anything containing any of these are not vegan). Some eat honey, and some don't. It just depends on! to what extreme they go to. There are many different types of vegans and vegetarians, with many different opinions. But a vegan will not eat any of the foods listed. I know once a girl said that she was vegan just because she didn't drink milk-- but she did eat chicken and other meats. This is NOT a vegan. A vegan will NEVER eat meat. Many people get confused with this. Vegans are strict vegetarians.Hope this helps....Show more

Blair Abdi: I was vegan when I was like 7, when I was vegan, I didn't eat meat, cheese, white flour, I was eating homemade bread, and stuff. It may sound all blaa, but it really wasn't. I was eating really good, like tacos, taco salad. Fudge, and even sloppy joes.

Mack Ukich: I do not eat anything that comes from animals.... meat, dairy, gelatin, etc. Being vegan goes beyond what I put in my mouth; I also do not use household and personal care products that have animal derived ingredients or have been tested on animals. I do not wear or! use clothing deriving from animals... wool, silk, feather, fu! r, leather. I also do not support industries that commodify animals... zoos, aquariums, animal breeding, animals as "entertainment".What does "TRUE vegan" mean? You either are or you are not....Show more

Randal Deyarmond: There's not really a "true" vegan- just vegans and non-vegans.The only commonalities between vegans is that they don't buy or consume animal products.Diet is only a small part of this lifestyle, but it means they don't buy or eat meat, eggs, dairy, honey, or foods containing them.Anything else is individual....Show more

Chastity Doderer: I eat food. http://vegweb.com/recipeshttp://ohsheglows.com/recipes/http://www.adaptt.org/recipes.htmlhttp://www.cok.net/lit/recipes/http://www.chooseveg.com/vegan-recipes.asphttp://www.findingvegan.com/tagged/grumpyshoneybun...http://www.theppk.com/recipes/http://vegan.sheknows.com/category/recipes/http://www.madejustright.com/recipes-gallery?secti...but I have no idea what you mean by "true" vegan....Show mo! re

Nelly Kikuchi: Well.... Being a vegan other than for dietary reasons is pretty much not allowing your body to eat the things that it was designed to eat.....It's like not letting your dog eat meat its entire life.
