Sabra Roers: You can't file without your parents income and Information. You will still need to enter your parents income from 2007 on the fafsa... it doesn't matter that they aren't in the country. You will need to obtain their country's equivalency of a US Tax form and will need to convert the currency to US dollars before you enter it on the form.
