How to become a real estate agent?

Coleman Coscia: Each state has their own criteria. Some states it is extremely easy to get. But others, such as Texas you have to have 270 hours of Real Estate Courses and then pass the state licensing exam. Once you have passed the exam you will be issued an inactive license. Once you have decided on a brokerage to affiliate yourself with, your license will then be sent to your broker, who you will be working under. I wish you the best of luck. Real Estate is a hard one to break into....Show more

Christy Tirabassi: I found a free report that actually works for no money down deals***There is a free report that teaches you how to acheive 100% financing - no money down and in some cases cash back at closing. No seller financing involved. Check it out at this link:http://www.financingfactory.net/freereport

Frederic Engellant: You do not have to be 21, or at least not in some states. I received my real estate license at the age of 19 and have been/and will be work! ing as an "assistant" until this summer when I will start being a full time real estate agent. Most likely a company will take you in, but keep in mind that selling "expensive houses" and gaining "respect" will be harder than you originally imagined, especially if you are just selling as a side job.

Arleen Bussing: Really? That means that you were 14 when you got knocked up the first time. What about the baby daddies. Why are they not helping you.In the words of Marion Berry. Mayor for Live of Washington DC. STOP HAVING KIDS!

Toya Braskett: you have to be able to Lie lie and lie

Lavelle Viveiros: Look to the local community college for classes or a large local real estate office may also hire and provide individuals who are looking to take the classes with training.Good Luck

Sibyl Siwik: I'd ask the father of the child if you know who that may be

Norine Lomonte: You put your name on the list for Section 8 housing. You must be working 32 hou! rs a week to qualify. The average wait is 4 yrs. There is NO o! ther financial assistance. You need to sue the fathers for child support

Andrew Sinatra: There are courses and diploma in many countries to get license to become real estate agent or realtor. You just need to do hard work and results would be in your favour.

Matt Tiry: Most states require high school diploma, then you take courses on the real estate from a state approved institution, then once you past that, you sit and take the state real estate exam then after that you find a agency to take you onDo not forget you have to pay for all these things education, fees to get your license etc, without any monies coming in since you do not get paid until you find a seller or buyer and the sale goers threw...Show more

Cassey Hollinghurst: Im 16 yrs old an have a 14mnth old an a newborn, im needing help with money to get a place for me an my kids, so i can try to get on my feet.

Blythe Noreiga: I'm about to move out of my apartment at the end of this month ! (Thank God!), and I was wondering if I report the numerous problems I've faced this past year to someone. I reported these problems to the landlord but have received little help. Here are the problems:- Landlord raised the rent $200 because the previous landlord (who got fired) gave me the wrong rent price. I was forced to sign the new lease on the spot or move out immediately. - Evidence of rat and water roach infestation. I frequently see brown "blurs" scurry pass the living room, I hear noises that sound like mice climbing inside our heater (which doesn't work), & there's rat droppings in certain areas of our kitchen. There are watch roaches EVERYWHERE! I report this to our landlord and he says they already have a terminator come out once a week. He mentioned some solutions, (make sure I clean, don't leave food out, etc) which I already do. He mentioned that no one has ever complained about rats or bug problems so it must be something I'm doing in the apartment!!- Black ! and yellow mold in our bathroom. I clean the walls every week and it ke! eps coming back! There is no ventilation in the bathroom except for a frosted window that looks out into a courtyard. If I open the window, I will be flashing everybody who walks by the window. I mentioned this problem to the landlord. He told me to keep the window open. After I told him I didn't want to flash my naughty bits, he told me not to worry because I'm on the third floor, no one will see me. I've tried standing outside and peer inside my bathroom window, and I'm almost positive that you would be able to see me clearly!- Paint around the bathroom is peeling in huge chunks. I reported to manager, he says this is dued to my negligence because I don't shower with the window open!! and I'll have to pay for it to get repainted... I'm in the middle of trying to fight this bill. - Water get turned off frequently for several hours without any notice. It happens during early mornings, and it will be turned off till around noon. I never get any notice, nor do I see a notice ! posted in the lobby. - Elevator inspection is overdued. The expiration date on the inspection is sometime during June of 2009. - Our apartment has tons of illegal immigrants and there are as many as 10-15 people living in one, tiny, one bedroom apartment. I've become acquainted with many of the residents and this one came as a shock. One man who lives right below me lives with 12 other people in a crowded studio. He says they split the rent so they each only pay about $80 a month. The manager supposedly doesn't have any idea. I also believe this is why no one ever complains about the bugs/rats because they don't want the landlord to discover the amount of people in one apartment. - Landlords constantly getting fired! We're on our 4th landlord. Extremely frustrating, because I have to explain our entire list of problems to each new landlord who is totally clueless about our previous complains. So should I report any of these problems? I AM moving out by the end of this month,! but I feel like I should file a complaint somewhere. I really feel lik! e this building should be condemned. Thank you for any help I get!...Show more

Claire Billegas: Talk to social services. They will know if your state offers any assistance programs. If you don't know where to go, or how to make contact, then call the Salvation Army or your local church. They have the information to help you.

Bethany Blocker: There are various players in the private land industryâ€"property directors, distributers, developers, banks, and government offices, to say nothing of purchasers, venders, and tenants. By and by, the genuine movers and shakers are the go between, the general population always moving between and speaking with these players: specialists and intermediate.

Mitsuko Manne: You need to check on your states website for the requirements in your state.

Nicolasa Henke: you need to take a course from an accredited institution. the number of hours depends on what state you are located in. you then have to take a state exa! m and pass that to be officially licensed. then you go to a realtor's office that you like and hang your license there.

Lissette Semon: You have to take and pass two 30 hour courses. Then you have to take the State Real Estate Exam. Once you've passed the State Real Estate Exam, you need to have a broker agree to train you. You can check out realestateexpress.com (they offer the two 30 hour courses online)...for some information on your particular state.Good luck!

Maritza Ebanks: The steps that needed to be taken ( and to be done with any rental ) are to note the problems that are considered health or safety hazards / issues, make a written list, then send a copy of the list - certified mail, signature required - to the landlord AND the building owner / or leasing company........all of this must be done in writing, as just speaking to someone does no good at all. Things like excessive tenants are not your concern. The issue with the bath window could have b! een solved with a cheap bath curtain and/or leave the window open after! a shower w/o you being in there. The LL or owner may try to get you to pay for repairs, etc after you move - to prevent this, make a list of anything that even looks like it is in need of repair; then a day before you are completely moved, have the LL make a walk thru the unit - give him/her the list and have him/her note all needed items so that you two can come to an agreement before you move - this will save lots of headache and $$$...Show more

Charissa Riley: My bet is that they are coming from the window `frames` themselves. The flies will have hatched in the crevices. Open the windows and scrub into the nooks and crannies. Then wipe with neat bleach and a spray of fly killer. I do this b4 winter and late spring as I had flies all over my net curtains one year so checked and they were all in these crevices. For ants I have used the ant traps, just 2 or 3 in the areas with the problem. They are little plastic containers, not expensive and they work well. Good luck! ...Show more

Eldridge Rieves: 100% financing is pretty easy. Any mortgage broker can set that up for you. (depending on credit)Cash back is far more difficult to pull off (banks don't like it)minor cash back can be done by asking the seller to give you an allowance for closing costs or repairs.Everything varies by bank, so find a good mortgage broker....Show more

Coleman Senn: axe da baby daddy

Reginald Maxi: I would like to find out how to really do a 100% financing transaction - I don't want to come up with a downpayment and would like cash back at closing. I know this sounds like pie in the sky but I want to know if it's really possible.
