If raising the min wage won't work how would full employment?

Jamika Gregorio: Full time employment increases how much money you make, without increasing the cost to the employer...who doesn't increase the man-hours paid out.minimum wage increases the cost of the man-hours the employer requires....which means the costs increase, and are passed on to the customers.

Kelly Bistodeau: Supply and demand effects wages when there is a shortage of qualified works! driving the wage up or a glut of qualified workers driving the wage down .The numbers of people employed in and of it's self has no effect on wage .

Rocio Karvis: Canada has an unemployment problem too, yet w! e are going overseas to recruit skilled labor. Just today it ! was revealed that British Columbia had returned to Ireland to recruit more construction workers. We've got people coming out of our ears. What we lack are people that can do things that most of us can't but need to be done anyway.
