Emile Okafor: Stock market fluctuates. There is no particular reason why the market goes up or down. Today the market went down mainly due to two reasons. One is that trade deficit is higher than expected in July. The July trade deficit went up to 46 billion. Second, earnings announcement yesterday from one of the Dow Jones Industrial Index, Intel lowered its revenue forecast. So the stock market reacted to bad news.
